Reviewing through Taurus season
I have been considering various approaches to sharing the wealth of information that our astrology charts provide. The multitude of layers and insights into our personalities, patterns, and cycles are truly remarkable. In fact, our natal chart has been referred to as our soul contract, and I find this perspective particularly insightful. However, executing these contracts can be difficult when we are unable to read the language in which they are written. How do we know exactly what is expected of us and what we came here to learn?
In my experience, the best place to start is with the foundational layer: the Elements. These include:
Fire (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)
Earth (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn)
Air (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius)
Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces).
Each layer of our personality, life path, cycles, and relationships is built upon these elements. By understanding them, we can better work with the person, pattern, or cycle at hand.
As we are currently in Taurus season (April 20 - May 20), which is ruled by the Earth element, it seems fitting to discuss its qualities. Groundedness, practicality, stability, and a connection to the physical world are all linked to this element. Taurus is known for its love of pleasure and luxury, as well as its deep connection to nature and the material world. Our possessions, finances, and material resources, as well as our ability to earn money, are all connected to our self-worth. If you have Taurus in your Sun, Moon, or Rising signs, this energy likely plays a significant role in your life.

This Taurus season has been unusual due to Mercury being stationed retrograde for almost the entire season (April 21 - May 14), as well as a lunar eclipse on Friday (anyone else feel that intense energy!?!). I want to specifically highlight Zelenskyy’s Human Design chart to show the highest expression of a Manifestor (Putin is also a Splenic Manifestor - but we all know how he expresses his energy). To sustain these ideas, share them, and use his imagination to break old patterns and limiting beliefs. THIS IS AN INITIATING ENERGY that brings new ideas & experiences into form. He is a natural leader that must be recognized by others in order to be effective. This energy serves best when it seeks to serve the people. With this defined energy - let the group you are leading tell you how they want to be led. An effective leader w/ this gate is someone who unifies the group and is ready to delegate and share the power.
Gate 27: The Gate of Caring/Responsibility
This energy has a responsibility to transmit the values of the tribe through education and disbursement of resources. It delivers the food and teaches the tribe how to grow and distribute more. This is tribal energy and the pressure of responsibility is undeniable. The transmission and nurturing can happen at great cost to the person with this energy but can reap great rewards for the tribe. This is the energy of Mother Teresa: caring, responsible, impactful, and educating. Sacrificing the individual for the greater good of the whole. The healthy expression = gives you power to own what is yours & hold others accountable for their responsibilities. Low expression = trying to force others to evolve, making yourself responsible for other people's happiness, wasting precious energy and giving up your own happiness in exchange.

Gate 7: The Army/Collaboration
He is driven to serve a leadership that is bigger than itself. This is an energy that must be recognized and are, by nature, truly democratic in their highest expression. You cannot force leadership with this energy, it will not last. Quite common for these people to be placed in leadership roles. The role of the general - leadership whose authority must be absolute and is sanctioned by society in times of crisis.
Gate 45: The Gate of the King or Queen
This is Natural Leadership energy. These people are naturally recognized as leaders with influence. This is easy and effortless leadership that has a regal feel to it. They feel extremely tied to their tribe. This is an energy of great influence. As a regal leader, the energy of this gate can inspire the tribe to work or to rest, and it determines the work or sacrifices necessary to sustain resources.
